Dreamfarm offers a variety of farmstead goat and cow's milk cheeses.  


​Goat's Milk Cheeses

Fresh Chèvre

​Our fresh goat cheese is crafted in a variety of flavors with the addition of herbs and spices. 
Standard flavors include: Plain, Peppercorn, Herbes de Provence, Italian, Garlic Dill,
and Apricot Honey Lavender.  

​Seasonal flavors include: Black Garlic, Chive, Wild Ramp, Pesto, Sweet Hot Chipotle,
Green Adobo, and Cranberry Ginger.




Rosebud & Rosebud with Ash

​A small round lactic cheese known as a crottin.  The Rosebud has a bright tangy flavor that is lightly salted.
The Rosebud with Ash is dusted with a vegetable ash which helps to neutralize the acid development.  
This has a more subtle milky, earthy profile.

Roseblossom

​A small, round, bloomy rind cheese.  This slightly aged cheese grows a fuzzy outside layer while the inside becomes creamy and nutty as it ages.  It is coated with a vegetable ash as well as a line of ash through its center.

​Two Rosebuds marinated in organic olive oil infused with chili pepper, oregano, and garlic.

Winter's Rest
 
​A raw milk, washed-curd cheese with a natural rind.  Winter's Rest has a nutty, earthy flavor profile.     The goat milk gives this cheese a beautiful white paste. It is aged a minimum of 3 months.

     Aged Feta
       
Made from raw goat's milk, our feta is aged in brine for a minimum of 6 months,
giving it a sharp, yet sweet and nutty flavor.

  • Dreamsauce

 A smooth buttery caramel sauce made from goat's milk.  
Is great paired with apples, pretzel sticks, over ice cream or by the spoonful.




​Cow's Milk Cheeses

​Arthur

A raw milk, washed-curd cheese rubbed with olive oil, oregano and paprika.  
Arthur has a buttery, milky flavor profile.  The Jersey cow milk gives this cheese a
​beautiful natural yellow paste. 
It is aged 3 months or more.

​Mozzarella

​Hand-stretched, fresh mozzarella provides a fresh, milky flavor.

 Queso Fresco
   
​This mild, milky fresh, but firm, cheese is great for grilled cheese sandwiches and anything              you want to melt cheese on! We add dried tomato, garlic and chili pepper.

 Table Bluff

  This cheese is a blend of raw milk from our goats and cow. Table Bluff is a washed-curd
   cheese with a natural rind and 
has a nutty flavor profile.  It is aged 3 months or more.
